With over 10 years of experience in weightlifting and athletic training, I’ve dedicated my life to understanding the science of building strength, improving performance, and enhancing longevity. My journey in fitness began as a collegiate track and field athlete, where I pushed my body to its limits while earning a degree in Exercise and Sport Science.
As a certified personal trainer, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life—coaching high school athletes, helping college students build muscle and burn fat, guiding busy professionals and parents to fit fitness into their lifestyle, and even working with elderly clinical exercise patients that were prescribed movement for better health and longevity. My experience extends to individuals managing conditions like heart disease, diabetes, obesity, Parkinson’s Disease, and cancer, providing evidence-based training that prioritizes both function and long-term wellness.
