Vitamin D Supplement: Super Supplement
Vitamin D is an essential supplement to aid in so many bodily functions. A lot of people are vitamin D deficient. I take about 8,000 IU daily.
-
Carlson Vitamin D3:
- Bone and Immune Support: Vitamin D3 aids in calcium absorption, promoting bone health, and supports immune system function. It has also been found to be a preventative measure against diseases and cancers.

Creatine Supplement: Not Just a Bodybuilder's Supplement
Creatine's benefits extent way beyond athletic performance and building muscle. Most people are unaware that creatine helps support bodily energy, and cellular health. Feel more energized throughout your day. It also aids in memory and focus and can protect against neurological diseases such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's.
And not only that, creatine helps with bone health, muscle health, and anti-aging. Take 5 mg daily regardless if you had a workout or not. I typically take it after my workout or in the morning with my salt water if I do not workout that day.
-
Thorne Creatine Monohydrate:
- Enhanced Athletic Performance: Creatine monohydrate is well-researched for improving strength, increasing lean muscle mass, and aiding muscle recovery during high-intensity workouts.

Glycine Supplement: Boost Your Sleep
I primarily take glycine to support my sleep. It can reduce your core body temperature allowing you to fall asleep faster and more efficiently. It also enhances REM sleep which is the sleep we need for recovery. Take a glycine supplement before bed to boost your sleep and feel more rested when waking up.
-
Thorne Glycine:
- Sleep and Metabolic Support: Glycine is an amino acid that supports restful sleep, cognitive function, and metabolic health.

B-12 & Folate Supplement:
-
Jarrow Formulas Methyl B-12 & Methyl Folate:
- Energy and Nervous System Support: This combination supports energy metabolism, red blood cell formation, and maintains healthy homocysteine levels, promoting cardiovascular and neurological health.

Polyphenol and Glucose Management Supplements:
Pendulum creates a Polyphenol Booster which supports antioxidants. Antioxidants are essential for cellular health and can help reverse/prevent damage caused by free radicals which play a role in the development of cancer cells. Free radicals can be formed when seed-oils such as corn, vegetable, and canola oils become oxidized. I try my best to avoid seed-oils and consume more foods rich in antioxidants such as blueberries.
Additionally, Pendulum creates a Glucose Control supplement. The importance of this supplement is to reduce the amount your blood sugar levels spike every time you eat. Some foods spike your blood sugar more than others, and basically the bigger the spikes are the more damage is happening. Same thing with frequent eating and frequent spikes. Unstable blood sugar levels contribute to insulin-sensitivity which is a key factor in developing Type-2 Diabetes. Protein and fiber help stabilize blood glucose levels, while processed sugars and refined carbs spike them instantaneously. Your health and longevity relies on stable blood glucose levels.
-
Pendulum Polyphenol Booster:
- Antioxidant Support: Rich in polyphenols, this supplement provides antioxidant benefits, supporting overall health and potentially reducing inflammation.

 -
Pendulum Glucose Control:
- Blood Sugar Management: Formulated to help maintain healthy blood glucose levels, supporting metabolic health and energy balance.

Electrolyte Supplements:
Important for daily bodily functions and hydration. I replenish my electrolytes every morning with a glass of water and a pinch of the Kosher Salt Flakes mixed in. It is also important to replenish your electrolytes after you exercise or do something where you sweat a lot. I would recommend taking a Salt Cap or mixing a pack of LMNT into your water to rehydrate. I recommend the Unflavored LMNT as it does not contain artificial flavors and sweeteners. All you want is salt, none of the other stuff found in Gatorade, Powerade, Prime or other sports drinks.
-
SaltStick Electrolyte Caps:
- Hydration and Electrolyte Balance: Provides essential electrolytes lost during exercise, aiding in hydration and preventing muscle cramps.

 -
LMNT Unflavored:
- Sugar-Free Hydration: Offers a balanced mix of electrolytes without added sugars, supporting hydration and electrolyte replenishment.

 -
Diamond Crystal Salt Co. Kosher Salt Flakes:
- Sodium Source: A pure form of salt that can be used to maintain adequate sodium levels, essential for nerve and muscle function.

Fish Oil Supplements: Brain Development
These are three supplements that should be taken everyday. Choose one of the three and stick to it. DHA is an essential omega-3 fatty acid that helps with brain function and development. Both DHA and EPA are essential for heart health and even fetal development. If you have a diet high in fish, I recommend the Super Omegas, but if you do not have fish at all, I would suggest taking the Maximum Omega supplement. Elite Omega a good balance between the two.
-
Carlson Elite Omega-3 Gems / Super Omega-3 Gems / Maximum Omega 2000:
- Heart and Brain Health: These fish oil supplements provide high-quality omega-3 fatty acids, supporting cardiovascular health, cognitive function, and reducing inflammation.

Incorporating these supplements can contribute to various aspects of health, longevity, and fitness. However, it's essential to consult with a healthcare professional to ensure they align with your individual health needs and to avoid potential interactions.
