By incorporating a balance of strength training, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), and low-intensity steady-state cardio (LISS), this program optimizes fat burning through metabolic stress and progressive overload. With a structured approach to training intensity, recovery, and energy expenditure, you'll sculpt a lean, athletic physique, boost endurance, and elevate your overall fitness level—all while maintaining strength, muscle tone and shedding unwanted body fat. This is a 20 week program.
